01. Eligibility
This promotional launch offer is exclusively available to the first customer who successfully fulfills the criteria outlined in Section 4.
02. Offer Details
The eligible recipient will receive the following services at zero service charge:

Free Website Design & Development: Includes the creation of a standard informational website (up to 4–5 pages) based on a mutually agreed-upon template or a custom design within a reasonable scope. Complex functionalities, e-commerce features beyond basic product displays, or extensive custom backend logic may incur additional charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon prior to implementation.

Free Hosting for 3 Months: Includes standard web hosting services for the newly developed website for a duration of three (3) months starting from the official date of launch. Any continuation of hosting services after this 3-month term will be subject to standard renewal rates.
03. Limitations and Exclusions
The scope of this complimentary offer is subject to the following express exclusions:

Domain Name: The offer does not cover domain name registration or transfer fees. The customer remains solely responsible for acquiring, configuring, and renewing their own domain name.

Content Creation: The customer is responsible for supplying all copy, high-resolution imagery, brand logos, and required media assets. Content writing and professional graphic production are excluded.

Maintenance & Ongoing Updates: Post-launch maintenance, iterative feature enhancements, and content modifications after project delivery are not covered under this offer and are billable separately.

Third-Party Integrations: External integrations with third-party software (such as custom CRMs, premium extensions/plugins, or paid external APIs) may carry additional implementation costs.

Scope of Revisions: A reasonable number of design feedback rounds will be provided. Extensive scope adjustments or full redesign requests beyond the initial specification will require supplemental fees.

No Cash Value: This offer holds no cash liquidation value, cannot be redeemed for currency, and cannot be transferred or traded for alternate services.
04. How to Redeem
The first customer to formally initiate contact with xyzgraph.com and complete the prerequisite consultation or onboarding confirmation will be designated as the eligible recipient. The customer must deposit 1500 INR before proceeding to development. The amount will be refunded on project completion.
Detailed instructions and project milestone timelines will be delivered directly upon verification of first-customer eligibility.
05. General Provisions
xyzgraph.com reserves the right to amend, update, or withdraw this promotional offer at any time without prior written notice.
By participating in this promotion, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions set forth above.
